I remember this same joke from Jeff Foxworthy, one of his tapes from his standup comedy days.

In any case, it was still well executed and took a different approach to telling the joke than Jeff's did (which he seems to pass off as a true story). The cartoony feel of the show was well executed, and spot on.

Sticks in reality, eh? Not bad movie making here! I don't think an approach like this has been taken before, mixing real life film with this.
Though due to the file size, and usage of film in this manner, I wonder if flash was the best medium for your movie. It probably would be smaller as a DivX/XviD AVI.
Of course, they don't accept movies like that on Newgrounds, but anyway... it's just musing.

This is an EXCELLENT show.
Kol-Belov, I envy your mad skillz. The use of motion tweening and frame by frame is insanely good - I'm diggin' the "aged photo" color scheme that dominates the movie, and now almost NOTHING in this movie has outlines - it's all colors!
Your movie is something all flash artists should take note and learn from. My hat is off to you, sir!

It reminds me of the legendary NG toon "From My Room," in a way. Newgrounds could use some more of these! Always nice to have a good mix of stuff in the Portal.
Some of my critiques (mainly with the graphics) - you may want to try using less thick of lines. If not that, then try experimenting with some of the stylized lines available in Flash - the thick black lines might work if you use some of the more crayony-looking line styles.
What frame rate is that, by the by? 60 FPS? It's great to see someone else using high framerates in their movies too. :D

It's not Xiao Xiao, but it's not bad.
Though obviously it's a stick martial arts/gun movie, it's not too bad. One thing I found interesting was the red/blue "police spotlight" that followed the action, depending on who was kicking who's ass.
The backgrounds weren't all that special - they could do with some livening up. Even Xiao Xiao's minimalist black and white approach, with nothing but outlines, has detail in the objects and backgdrops.
Either way, keep at it! The more you work, the better you get.

Em Kaah, I have to ask. Did the U.S. Government contract you to make sample films and animations for their new policy of "culturally offensive" methods of interrogation? You know, where they play things that people can't stand, like N'Sync and Barney.
Because I tell you, this movie would make me spill any beans I had on something in an instant. It's just so... DISTURBING. I couldn't even watch... and the music! Jeee BUS! The way that music droned on, in its eerie pulsating fashion... I'm surprised I didn't have nightmares from this...

The one thing I like about this is that you didn't use sprites to convey the Kirby and Tails clones. You actually made them in vector graphics. That's cool.
The actual movie is fun, too!
One thing I have for you on the movie - Zeph is... er... well, lacking compared to his friend. The strange usage of motion tweening on his feet, as well as how he is drawn, seems kind of sub-par with the rest of the 'toon.
